Tristan’s background in languages, automotive engineering, psychology and business, give him a unique approach to working with clients who want to develop leaders, managers and organisations.

My role is to get below the surface of what they are doing and help them make sense of the impact they have.”
Based in the UK, Tristan works in English, German, French and Spanish to support clients in the UK and deliver programmes across Europe, Africa, South America and Asia.
